Who is Dr. Josephine Wiles-Warner?
A: Dr. Josephine J. Wiles-Warner is the founder of DigitSmart, a brand focused on AI, SaaS, and digital product development for side-hustlers and entrepreneurs. She holds a Ph.D. in management with a focus on leadership and organizational strategy and has coached leaders and helped students turn ideas into real startups. She was also the first investor and an advisory board member for Drunk Mode, which grew to a $20M+ valuation by 2020.
What's the difference between the Free and Pro Dashboard?
A: The Free Dashboard maps out 20 digital side hustle categories, scored across difficulty, startup cost, monthly and annual income potential, time to ROI, and competition—helping you quickly filter for the right fit.
The Pro Dashboard includes everything in the free version, plus:
- A 30-day content launch plan calendar covering essential categories

What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges—this is why we encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you run into a technical issue accessing your purchase, email us at joe@digitsmart.online and we’ll help get it resolved.
How do I access my purchase after buying?
A: Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email from Gumroad with instant access to your product. From there, you can either click the link directly in that email or access everything anytime through your Gumroad Library (gumroad.com/library) by logging in with the email address you used at checkout. This includes download links (for the Dashboard) and course access (for “AI From Zero” and future courses). Do I need any special software to use the dashboard?
A: No special software is required. The Dashboard is delivered as a PDF and an Excel (.xlsx) file, so you’ll just need a PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser’s built-in viewer) and a spreadsheet program that supports .xlsx files (such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers)—most computers and phones already have something that works. If you don’t have Excel, Google Sheets is free and can open .xlsx files directly.
